Program Options

Three different development programs are available, each having two scheduling options: an intensive 8-week program and a 4-week condensed program. Athletes have the option to choose between strength and resistance training or speed and agility training. These 4-week programs will run twice, weekly. The 8-week program offers a combination of both strength and resistance training and speed and agility training that will run four times per week. The Elite Athletic Development Program is geared towards the more advanced athlete and will run five days a week. Description of each development program can be found further down this page.

Athletes will be segmented by age, as well as skill and ability, to ensure safety and specialized instruction that is adapted to their individual physical development. Teams are encouraged to enroll together to promote equivalent team growth and discounts are offered for teams that enroll three or more athletes.

Team Registration Discount

Receive a group/team discount of 10% off when 3 or more registrations are received together. All members of the group must participate in the same program level and all applications must be received at the same time to receive discount.
