Scott Caufield oversees, develops, and manages strength and conditioning programs for 600+ student-athletes at Norwich University in 22 Division III varsity athletic programs. He guides Reserve Officers Training Corps (ROTC) leadership and cadets in best practices in strength and conditioning and manages the annual strength and conditioning plan for the Norwich Ranger Company. Caulfield is the National Strength and Conditioning Association Foundation (NSCAF) Vice President and the State Director for NSCA Vermont. He holds a Bachelors degree in Physical Education from Castleton University and a Master of Arts degree in Sports Coaching from the University of Denver.
The NSCA is a recognized 501(c)(3) educational nonprofit dedicated to advancing strength and conditioning research and education for all people.
