Sergeant Ron Sheppard has been a police officer for over 23 years, a member of the Special Weapons and Tactics (SWAT) team for 15 years, and is currently assigned as the Team Sergeant. Sheppard has been a lead instructor for Armor Holdings, National Tactical Officers Association (NTOA), and the Colorado Springs Police Department.
The NSCA is a recognized 501(c)(3) educational nonprofit dedicated to advancing strength and conditioning research and education for all people.
