Jamie L. Aslin is Team Leader of the Los Alamos National Laboratory (LANL) Wellness Center, and Acting Group Leader of LANL Occupational Medicine. He has worked in the field of Corporate Wellness for the past 20 years, been a consultant with local Indian Pueblo Wellness Centers, and spent 5 years as an instructor for the Department of Exercise Science at Santa Fe Community College. He is an National Athletic Trainers Association (NATA) Certified Athletic Trainer, American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) Certified Health and Fitness Specialist, and a Cooper Institute of Aerobic Research (CIAR) Certified Health Promotion Director. Aslin has served the NSCA in many capacities, including New Mexico State Director, Southwest Regional Director, Chair of the State/Provincial Directors Committee, Vice-Chair of the Personal Trainer Special Interest Group, Membership Committee, and the CSCS Exam Development Committee. In 2004, Aslin received the NSCA Presidents Award in appreciation for his outstanding service to the association and dedication to excellence.
