Charlie Kornhauser is a 10-year veteran of the Colorado State Patrol (CSP). He is currently serving in the role of the Physical Training Coordinator for the CSP, where he has been stationed since 2011. He specializes in the training of police recruits, injury mitigation, and avoidance across varied demographics and currently sits on the TSAC Report Editorial Review Panel.
The NSCA is a recognized 501(c)(3) educational nonprofit dedicated to advancing strength and conditioning research and education for all people.
