Morey Kolber holds a faculty appointment at Nova Southeastern University in Fort Lauderdale, FL, where he teaches courses in orthopaedic physical therapy. He maintains an active clinical caseload and serves as the Director of Physical Therapy at Boca Raton Orthopaedic Group in Boca Raton, FL. He has been a practicing physical therapist for over 20 years and has been teaching courses in orthopaedic spine disorders at the post graduate and doctoral level for the past 15-years. He holds a board certification in orthopaedic physical therapy and is credentialed in Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy of the Spine through the McKenzie Institute. He serves as the Associate Editor in Chief for Strength and Conditioning Journal and was the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) 2014 Sports Medicine Professional of the Year. He is a past recipient of the NSCA Young Investigator Award, and his research on shoulder and spine disorders has been well-referenced in the physical therapy and strength and conditioning literature.
