Vernon Griffith is an explorer, author, coach, veteran, father and husband. He served in the Air Force for 6 years prior to transitioning to the field of strength and conditioning after seeing first-hand the need for individuals that can bridge the battlefield and human performance. Vernon started his coaching career after graduating from Old Dominion University by opening Virginia High Performance. Growing to Program Director for the Continue Mission Program, he has assisted hundreds of Active Duty and Retired Military Special Operations Personnel back to health addressing the human body from a mind and body perspec&nVernon is a key contributor to the field of Tactical Strength and Conditioning serving as a pilot host for the NSCAs Tactical Strength and Conditioning Facilitators Course as well as an integral presenter for the Annual Tactical Strength and Conditioning Conferences. Vernon is a published author with his latest contribution being featured in the Second Edition of High Performance Training for Sports regarding his work in the field of mobility with professional athletes in the NFL, NBA, MLB and extreme motorsp
