Arron Prowett has been working with the United States Marine Corps for 14 years in a number of roles. He as deployed with the United States Army in Iraq in 2001 where he provided services at a Forward Operating Base Warhorse. Mr. Prowett is currently Combat Conditioning Specialist at the Force Fitness School house at TBS in Quantico VA. He has his a degree in Physical Education and holds a certification as a Medical Exercise Specialist with the American Council on Exercise.
The NSCA is a recognized 501(c)(3) educational nonprofit dedicated to advancing strength and conditioning research and education for all people.
