Jenna Werking earned a Masters degree in Exercise Physiology and is a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA). Werking isa Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) and a Certified Special Population Specialist (CSPS) through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) with 12years of experience in the health and fitness industry. She has an extensive background in training athletes of all ages along with critical knowledge of injury prevention and rehabilitation in clinical and practical health settings. Currently, Werking is the Director of Sports Performance at Aurora High School in Aurora, OH, implementing high standards in the weight room as the head strength and conditioning coach.
