Michael Locasto completed his Masters degree in Strength and Conditioning/Sports Nutrition at the University of Miami, and completed his undergraduate degree in kinesiology at Wisconsin Oshkosh. He is a Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT), and is currently in his 4th season with the Arizona Diamondbacks.
The NSCA is a recognized 501(c)(3) educational nonprofit dedicated to advancing strength and conditioning research and education for all people.
