Joseph Allen

Joseph Allen is a first-year student in the Kinesiology GraduateProgram at Western Illinois University. He currently works as aGraduate Assistant Strength and Conditioning Coach at MacombHigh School. He completed an undergraduate degree at theUniversity of Wisconsin-La Crosse in Exercise Science. He hascoached multiple Wisconsin State and National Champion highschool and junior powerlifters. He has also been competing atthe national level in powerlifting and strongman since 2012. Hisprimary areas of study are strength and conditioning along withhuman movement performance. During his time at the University ofWisconsin-La Crosse, he assisted with and helped publish six peerreviewedstudies.
