Former Strength & Conditioning Coach Of The San Francisco 49ers 1982 Super Bowl XVI Champion And 6 Times NBA Champion Chicago Bulls Only Strength & Conditioning Coach To Have World Championship Rings From Both The NFL And The NBA Al was honored by being one of the initial inductees to the Strength Coaches Hall of Fame in June 2003 In 2007 he was honored as one of the initial inductees as a Legends in the Field by the Collegiate Strength and Conditioning Coaches Association in recognition for his pioneering efforts on behalf of the strength and conditioning profession. Lance was he also a successful Strength & Conditioning Coach. Lance was the Western Kentucky football Strength & Conditioning Coach when they won the 1AA National Championship under Legendary Football Coach Jack Harbaugh. Elizabeth resides in Loveland Ohio with her husband Paul Thornberry they have 3 children, Kendall, Joey and Lily
