Carmine Grieco received his Doctoral degree from Old Dominion University at the age of 43 and is now an Assistant Professor of Kinesiology at Colorado Mesa University. A personal trainer with over 15 years training experience, he successfully transitioned from personal trainer to professor in 2012. Grieco is a past West Virginia State Director for the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) and also holds certifications as a yoga teacher and Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS).
The NSCA is a recognized 501(c)(3) educational nonprofit dedicated to advancing strength and conditioning research and education for all people.
