Drew has spent the last 10+ years in elite human performance. He received a business degree from the University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill, then a masters in strength and conditioning at the University of Edinburgh in Scotland, working with elite rugby and collegiate athletes competing in the British Commonwealth system. He was then hired as a strength and conditioning specialist with the Air Force Special Warfare Human Performance program in Tucson, Arizona. He served in this position for five years, ultimately moving into the Director of Human Performance role. Currently, he is a Program Director in the Armys H2F program.
