Russ Nowels is an active duty United States Army Lieutenant Colonel serving as the Brigade S3 for the Army's 1st Space Brigade at Peterson Air Force Base, CO. Nowels is a Tactical Strength and Conditioning Facilitator (TSAC-F) as well as a certified Army Master Fitness Trainer, Modern Army Combatives Level II Instructor, United States of America Track and Field (USATF) Level I Coach, CrossFit Level I Coach, and a National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics (NAIA) Champions of Character Coach.
The NSCA is a recognized 501(c)(3) educational nonprofit dedicated to advancing strength and conditioning research and education for all people.
