Hunter Waldman is an Assistant Professor at the University ofNorth Alabama in the Department of Kinesiology. Waldman has anestablished research agenda examining the effects of nutrition andsupplement interventions on markers of cardiometabolic healthand performance in high-stress occupations. The primary aims ofhis research is to implement practical and alternative interventionsthat mitigate various markers of stress from working within thesedifferent occupations.
The NSCA is a recognized 501(c)(3) educational nonprofit dedicated to advancing strength and conditioning research and education for all people.
