Adam Michael Gonzalez, PhD, CSCS,*D

Adam Gonzalez is an Associate Professor in the Department of Allied Health and Kinesiology at Hofstra University. He earned a PhD in Exercise Physiology from the University of Central Florida and holds certifications as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist with Distinction (CSCS,*D) through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA), along with a Certified Sports Nutritionist (CISSN) through the International Society of Sports Nutrition (ISSN). He also serves as the Chief Scientific Officer for the dietary supplement company, SHIFTED.
