Marisa Viola is the Assistant Director of Strength and Conditioning at Rutgers University. She designs and implements the programs for the womens soccer, field hockey, womens lacrosse, and womens golf teams. Viola came to Rutgers University after earning her Masters degree in Adolescent Development with an Advanced Graduate Certificate in Coaching from Stony Brook University. While at Stony Brook University, Viola was a Graduate Assistant and worked directly with the mens soccer, softball, womens volleyball, mens and womens tennis, and mens and womens swimming and diving programs.
