Emeritus Professor Dr. Ian Jeffreys is a world-renowned and award-winning coach, educator, and author. He is the Owner of All-Pro Performance and a Visiting Professor at Reykjavik University. An NSCA Fellow, Jeffreys was on the Board of Directors between 2016 and 2019 and is the current NSCA President-Elect. Ian has authored 11 books, as well as numerous book chapters and articles. He is the Editor of Professional Strength and Conditioning and has spoken at many events around the world. Jeffreys was awarded a career achievement award by the Strength and Conditioning Society in 2021.
