Caitlin Quinn is currently working with up-and-coming CASCAR drivers as Sport Science Director for the Toyota Performance Center. Quinn said goodbye to Florida State University as the Associate Director of Strength and Conditioning. In her 10-year tenure in Tallahassee, she worked primarily with softball and volleyball. Quinn takes pride in her relational approach to coaching. She works hard to understand her athlete's perspectives and knowledge base. She strives to help her athletes achieve performance goals through discipline, education, and knowledege base. Quinn is a graduate of FSU's Athletic Administration Master's program and earned her Bachelor's Degree in Applied Exercise Science from Springfield College.
