Beth Bearden is an Army Holistic Health and Fitness (H2F) Strength and Conditioning Coach with 11th Air Defense Artillery Brigade, 1-43 Battalion in Fort Bliss, TX. She received her Master of Science degree in Sports Science and Rehabilitation (High Distinction graduate, Leaders Made Award) from Logan University. Bearden will complete her second Master of Science degree in Tactical Strength and Conditioning and Nutrition from PennWest University in 2023. She is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist with Distinction (CSCS) and Tactical Strength and Conditioning Facilitator with Distinction (TSAC-F,*D) through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA), as well as several other certifications over her decade of work in the health and fitness industry. She is also a military spouse to a Command Sergeant Major in the Army and looks forward to a continued career serving those who serve.
The NSCA is a recognized 501(c)(3) educational nonprofit dedicated to advancing strength and conditioning research and education for all people.
