Malia Gunn attended Danville Area Community College to play collegiate softball. From there, she transferred to Eastern Illinois University to finish her playing career and earn a Bachelors degree in Exercise Science. Gunn now works as a personal trainer and is the Sports Performance Director at The Body Club in East Central Illinois. She trains a diverse clientele base from young athletes to older populations.
The NSCA is a recognized 501(c)(3) educational nonprofit dedicated to advancing strength and conditioning research and education for all people.
