Eric Gerlach is a dedicated professional in exercise and sports science, specializing in high-performance coaching and sports psychology. He holds a Master of Science degree (Summa Cum Laude) from Saint Francis College in Brooklyn Heights, NY, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise and Movement Science. Gerlach also earned a Sports Industry Essentials Certificate from Columbia Universitys School of Professional Studies in New York, NY; Science of Exercise Certificate from the University of Colorado Boulder; and Leading for Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion in Higher Education Certificate from the University of Michigan. He took his passion for football to an international stage, playing professionally in the German Football League (GFL) American- Football-Bundesliga as a defensive lineman for the Hildesheim Invaders. Gerlach transitioned into coaching athletes in collegiate football, where he is currently serving as the Defensive Line Coach and Strength and Conditioning Coach at Gavilan College.
