Lindsey Kirschman is the Director of Sports Performance for the University of Utah womens basketball program. During the 2021 2022 season, Kirschman was the Assistant Strength and Conditioning Coach at the University of Central Arkansas (UCA). Working with UCA, Kirschman implemented the training programs for womens basketball, track and field, cross country, volleyball, softball, and soccer while assisting the football team during the off-season. Kirschman obtained her Bachelors degree in Environmental Science and Resource Management from the University of Washington, where she competed as a track and field athlete, and her Masters degree in Education from Colorado State University.
