Josh McMillian is a Physical Education Teacher and Strength and Conditioning Coach at Clayton High School in St. Louis, MO. In addition to his role at Clayton High School, he is an Adjunct Instructor at the University of Missouri-St. Louis and personal trainer at the Gateway Region YMCA. He holds the Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) and Registered Strength and Conditioning Coach with Distinction (RSCC*D) certifications through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA). He holds a Masters degree in Sports Administration from Belmont University, a Bachelors degree in Physical Education from Lindenwood University, and is a Doctoral candidate in Teaching and Learning Processes at the University of Missouri-St. Louis.
