Active Elongation: How to Retain Mobility
by Nick Hagen, DPT, PT, CSCS

This lecture and hands-on presentation will help attendees understand the science behind tissue adaptation, joint mobility loss, and mobility motor learning. It will teach the therapy and application of Active Elongation, as well as learning the battery of Active
Elongation techniques to improve upper and lower quarter function and mobility.

Applied Sport Science in Team Sports
by Matthew Hauck, MS, CSCS

This session will outline the methodology for finding meaningful information about performance and recovery, as well as defining limits of what technology is actually doing in team settings. Real-world examples of how to use many types of data from team sports to help maximize performance and recovery will be provided.

This lecture and hands-on session will describe the value of movement control (a buffer) above the minimal required, which involves how to assess movement control and how to improve movement control for fundamental lifting patterns.

This lecture and hands-on presentation will cover how to optimize speed development with 3 key concepts.
