10:00 AM - 11:00 AM Corrective vs Conditioning Exercises: How Do They Both Fit Into a Modern Fitness Program by Terique Boyd, CSCS 1. Define corrective exercise, examine a protocol used to screen for corrective exercise, determine how it's a right fit for a athlete vs a recreational fitness client. 2. Define conditioning exercise, examine how strength and conditioning develops athletic performance, determine how functional movement can be used in wide variety of settings. 3. Focus on how you can fit both into a cohesive program via movement prep, to main workout, to recovery. |

Attendees will have the hands-on opportunity to work through the teaching progressions, learn teaching and coaching cues, and ways to incorporate the clean and its assistive movements into their programs to help optimize safety and elevate performance. |
