10:20 AM - 11:15 AM Simplifying the Rules to Programming for Special Populations by Tom Cormier, MS, CSCS,*D, CSPS,*D, NSCA-CPT,* D Programming for the extensive signs and symptoms of diseases and the various conditioning levels of special population clients can be challenging, especially for a novice trainer. The MMAFx program shows a unique training method that will increase an athlete's hand speed, timing, precision, coordination, non-dominant hand development, peripheral vision, focus, information processing, and conditioning. |
