9:00 AM - 9:50 AM Developing the Adolescent Athlete by Patrick McHenry, MA, CSCS,*D, RSCC I will go over some of the basic testing (range of motion, strength) then talk about progressions from Fresh to SR year. |

3:30 PM - 4:20 PM Program Considerations for Tactical Athletes by Brent Alvar, PhD, CSCS,*D, TSAC-F, FNSCA A look into physical demands of tactical professions such as military, law enforcement, and fire and rescue required to perform their jobs and the scientific approach to programming for the tactical professional as well as strategies for implementing or restructuring strength and conditioning programs at commercial or government fitness centers to achieve optimal performance and mitigating the risk of injury. |
