For those with the prerequisites to train snatches, the benefits are many, including building power in the hips and legs, a stronger upper back, shoulders, and grip, and unique endurance benefits not offered by many other training modalities. Viewers of this virtual presentation can expect to learn about prerequisites that should be in place before starting to practice snatches, teaching progressions to build up to snatching, identifying common technical errors in the snatch, and programming considerations for the exercise. |
