NSCA's Foundations of Coaching Lifts is here!  Gain proficiency and confidence in coaching essential lifts in this one-day certificate course.  Taught by CSCS-certified experienced coaches, you'll learn:

  • Coaching fundamentals applied to core lifts (bench press, push press, squat and power clean).
  • How to effectively apply variations of these lifts with athletes and clients.
  • Where to look for technique errors and how to apply effective coaching cues.
  • Ways to leverage your strengths as a coach and improve on weak areas.
