Specifically, how his program places an emphasis on coordination and development in multiple planes of movement. In sport we are required to move in multiple planes and make smooth transitions. He will outline the fundamentals of multi directional movement with examples of drills that provide a high level of return on investment. Coaches will leave the presentation with easy to implement routines to improve athletes movement efficiency and effectiveness. |
