Present at 2025 NSCA Tactical Annual Training - Application closes Jan 31

The NSCA welcomes your submission to present at 2025 Annual Training in San Antonio, TX. August 26-29. Please note, all presentations must be delivered in English and in-person.

Procedures

Your application must be sumbitted by January 31, 2025. An independent task force will review submissions and determine session selection. Last year's attendees expressed high interest in tactical-specific presentations that included a high degree of practical application and/or evidence of measurable results, so those submissions will be prioritized this year.

Speaker Qualification Criteria

Must meet at least one of the following requirements:

  • current of former tactical professional (soldier, firefighter, police officer, EMT, etc.)
  • hold an NSCA certification (CSCS, CPT, TSAC-F)
  • possess a 4-year degree or higher

The NSCA Tactical Annual Training Task Force reserves the right to consider experience in lieu of these qualification criteria on a case-by-case basis.

Please note: If you would like to have a Co-Presenter, please list their name below and have them complete a separate speaker application, too. 

Speaker Compensation

The compensation package provided to main sessions 50 minutes or longer is based upon the length of the session. Compensation is per session, not per person and includes honorarium, one-two night's lodging, airfare up to $420, and a conference registration. Roundtable Discussions, Research Podium Presentation, Poster presentations, and co-presenters are not compensated.

Your presentation will be considered based on the information you provide within this application. Please be as accurate and thorough as possible to have the best chance at being selected. Submissions are reviewed by an external task force selected by the NSCA Tactical leadership.
