Letter from NSCA President Regarding MusclePharm

To NSCA Members and Certificants,

As your President, I want to inform you of an important step recently taken by the NSCA’s Board of Directors.

The NSCA is committed to partnering with sponsors who share in the organization's values and its mission of translating science to practical application, as well as enhancing the educational opportunities for its membership, and the NSCA appreciates the support provided by the entire NSCA sponsor family. 

The NSCA and MusclePharm have enjoyed a sponsor relationship since 2014. However, in light of the investigation and charges announced by the Securities and Exchange Commission on September 8, 2015, the NSCA’s Board of Directors decided to terminate this sponsor relationship.

Moving forward, the NSCA will continue to cultivate strong partnerships with sponsors that share the NSCA’s values and commitment to its mission, and will strive to build a high-performing organization that all our members and certification holders are proud of, both now and in the future.
