Required Application Materials

1. Completed application form. (5 points)
2. Two references must be provided. Each reference will receive an email from the applicant with an invitation to complete the online reference/evaluation form. Academic advisors, other professors, department chairs, academic deans, or individuals familiar with your capabilities and work ethic are ideal. (10 points)
3. A description (500 words maximum) of how you intend to grow in the strength and conditioning profession and contribute to the diversity, equity, and inclusion of the field. Included in this description should be any specific goals you have for advancing in leadership within the NSCA. (10 points)
4. A current resume/CV. Be sure to include any professional development activities you have undertaken. (5 points)
