The NSCA Foundation (NSCAF) awards hundreds of thousands in research grant dollars each year to outstanding individuals within the strength and conditioning community. The NSCAF is one of the few foundations that fund research for master’s degree students and across all levels of education and experience up to senior investigators, as well as one of the few sources that funds work in the strength and conditioning field. The Scholarship Panel is responsible for assisting review of applications. All work is done virtually and no in-person meetings are required.

The “NSCA Foundation Relief Grant” will provide a one-time grant of $2,000 to members of the NSCA who have been financially impacted by COVID-19, whether through a decrease in wages or loss of employment that result in a lack of resources to pay for essential expenses (defined below).

The NSCA has an active voice in the communication of news and developments in the field of strength and conditioning and welcomes media inquiries and interview requests.

Position statements are official statements of the NSCA on topics related to strength and conditioning and exercise science. All NSCA Position Statements are published in the Journal of Strength and Conditioning Research® and free to the public.
